In March 2023, the Verwaltungshof Baden-Württemberg laid a procedure against a gambling provider because of the upcoming gambling regulation on ice. A second procedure has now been discontinued from the administrative court Darmstadt against an online casino. The decision said that both parties should focus on putting a functioning system on their legs rather than combating each other unnecessarily.
The fact that not all agrees with a gambling reform in Australia, has become clear at the latest, as federal states such as Lower Saxony, Hamburg or Bremen approached online casinos in Australia. The status quo says that now all federal states have a gambling reform until July 2023 have agreed. Some federal states seem to have this fact either not yet understood, or want to deliberately sabotage the decision.
Federal countries make pressure against online casinos

Hessen & Saxony: Online casinos no longer pursue prosecution
